Muslims; why do you deny evolution when it has so much evidence and still cling to a "creator" theology?

evolution is a THEORY its still and will always be incredibly flawed, i mean if we all came from MONKEYS OR APES THEN WHY ARE THERE STILL APES AND MONKEYS?? it's stupid that some apparently went through evolution and became human and some stayed behind as monkeys... what happened to survival of the fittest? someone care to tell me how the monkeys survived
