Fantasy trade?

I was offered Takashi Saito (closer), Marcus Giles (2b), and Chipper Jones (3b) for Garrett Atkins (3b), Billy Wagner (closer), and Aaron Harang (SP). I have a decent amount of starting pitching. Is this a good trade? I know Chipper Jones is a little bit old...but he has good numbers so far this year.
