I need suggestions on how to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my pregnancy diet?

i have a very hectic schedule and a horrible kitchen to cook in, and i feel like i need to be eating more fresh fruits and veggies for the sake of my baby-i am 5 months- i try to eat as much as i can, but my hubby and i eat out every meal and many restaurants that fit our schedule don't offer veggies at all. i am honestly getting 2-3 servings of veggies a week, maybe a little more than that in fruit. to compensate i take an extra vitamin everyday(doc approved) but i feel like a horrible mommy for not having time or knowledge on how to quickly prepare veggies, can anyone offer advice without extra quilt? is my baby gonna be healthy?
