Should I dump this guy?

I live with my baby's daddy for three years,waiting to get his divorce so we can get married,as far as i know he is not making any effort to get his divorce.He has a terrible anger,and abuses me verbally and pushes me around whenever we have a dissagreement,the neighbours can hear him at the top of his voice.U would think i would b wise since i've been in abusive relationships b4.Last saturday morning he left to go out and did not return until sunday afternoon,Did not answer my calls or tex. Did not offer any explanation when i asked said 'ain't nothing wrong with that' .As i am typing this,he is not at home,came home from work and went right back out.I called him but he would not answer his phone.I am a proffessional person and cannot deal with this disrespect.On the other hand I do not want to move from relationship to relationship.I have been nothing but the best that i could b to him.Should i give him more time and see what happens?
