I really need help getting this guys attention can u please help me?

i really like this guy like im crazy about him however i know he would never go out with me 1. hes a huge player 2. he thinks were jsut friends and 3. i dont thik he lieks me in that way .. im sick if just watching him flirt with other girls ( he flirts with me to) and i jsut really wnat to go out with him but i know he never would becuase last year someone asked him if we were going out ( we flirted a lot last year) and he said no way in a discusted voice so is there anything i can do to like get him to go out with me ?? please help me :)
