Does anyone know if I should be concerned about this or not? ?

It sounds like asthma to me. Taking her to a doctor with all the information that you have and him listening to her and such can tell you. Asthma can act up at any time with a child and for any reason. It could be allergies acting it up, or something completely different. Chances are teh doctor will give her an inhaler to use when these spells come across or a nebulizer to use. Both are used to open up the lungs so she can get a lungfull of air every breath.
