What's the name of the show?

I saw it somewhere but I can't remember. It had a mickey mouse like mascot and the show had subtitles and they were talking about guns or something. And they were saying racist stuff about Jews and Americans and they're saying they're suppose to die. Do any of you know what show it is? And no I'm not making this up.
