Can I upgrade a member to a moderator in addition to me?

because of certain factors outside my control or yahoo's I would like to upgrade one of my members to be a moderator. this used to be an option for yahoo groups but I didn't see the option dialog box in the management edit section. Is it still possible and how do I do it if so?
